Refund policy

If you receive a damaged item, contact us as soon as you receive the defective item with photos of the damage. At that point we will ship you a new item or a discretionary refund .
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. We offer full refund for the item, however you will be responsible for the shipping to send it back. unless other arrangements are made by Mud And Majesty. We take care to packaged items carefully however, despite our best efforts parcel do get damaged in transit, if that should happen please contact us right away providing photos of the damage so we can send you a replacement. We honor and respect honesty and we are eager to make everything right leaving you satisfied with your purchase, so please convo any concerns.
Items shipped to the incorrect address are not covered by these policies, unless we made the shipment error.
